At JMC, you’ll see a small church doing big things.
We endeavour to create an environment that is encouraging and supporting to you as an individual. A church that enables you to develop in discipleship and use your gifts. At JMC you'll be part of a supportive, friendly and loving community in Christ.
Our students mean a lot to us, so we are pioneering several projects; meaning there’s plenty to get involved in, alongside the worship, music, etc! We run Alpha, bible studies, and student church throughout the year, plus a Wifi-ed chillout zone. We are also part of the chaplaincy of both universities.
We are located right in the student heart of Jesmond, opposite Tesco Metro (St. George’s Terrace).

* Style - Café style church aimed at students - Sundays 18:15 coffee and cake
* Alpha
* Bible study
* Housegroups
